Change Man is a Blanc de Blancs immensely rich and developed in taste. Maceration and fermentation by natural yeasts. No fining, stabilisation, filtration and corrections during the break of 7 months in barrels. After the ageing starts the assembly of the 10 most round and floral bases, then follows bottle ageing for 32 months.
