Nuits St Georges Les Damodes premier Cru comes from a tiny plot adjacent to the border with Vosne-Romane. The 2012 is a gorgeous clear bright purple in colour, with very stylish fruit and real density of deep rich fruit yet still with an airy quality and a touch of spice. More Vosne than Nuits?
